Human Rights Oration 2012

You are invited to attend this year’s Human Rights Oration to mark International Human Rights Day.  Ron Merkel QC, 2011 Human Rights Medallist, barrister and former Federal Court Judge will deliver this year’s oration.

Come and hear Ron explore how spin, polls and appearances have been used to blur the line between myths and realities in relation to human rights issues. Are we now living in an era in which everything is OK if the end justifies the means?

Date: Tuesday 11 December 2012, 12.30pm to 1.30pm followed by a light lunch.
