Viva Victoria Festival - Sunday 22 March 2015
Viva Victoria Multicultural Festival is part of Cultural Diversity Week – a Victorian celebration of cultural, linguistic and religious diversity and community harmony. In 2015 the seventh annual Viva Victoria Multicultural Festival will once again be held at Federation Square in Melbourne. The day will feature food, art, craft, music, dance, film, kid’s activities, roving performances and more, representing the many cultures living in our State. The Festival is a highlight on the multicultural calendar attracting in excess of 45,000 visitors representing a diverse demographic.
Viva Victoria Festival - Sunday 23 March 2014
Tens of thousands of people gathered at Federation Square in Melbourne on Sunday 23 March 2014 for the spectacular Viva Victoria festival.
With music and dance across four stages, food, workshops, fashion, arts, crafts, a kids zone with free activities and face painting, and much more, this free public event is the ultimate celebration of Victoria's awesome cultural diversity.
Highlights of the 2014 Viva Victoria festival included: delicious food from around the world; a Kids’ Zone; roving performers; an exhibition of short films featuring culturally-diverse Australians; an exhibition of children’s art; sports clinics and cultural demonstrations.
